H23 CEL 7, WTF is throttle angle?!?
Ok, I got everything put back together. The new 70mm T-body is on with a new map sensor, and TPS sensor. I replaced a few of the hoses from the valve cover and cleaned everything up a little bit since this thread: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/h23-swap-cel-problems-2616511/ . I have removed all the EGR **** and installed a chintzy EGR block off plate, and new EGR gasket, and removed all the rest of the EGR garbage. I deleted 3 wires and traced them back to the ECU and will post pics tomorrow (they were not stock wires, whoever did the swap used some shitty *** wire they had lying around and used butt connectors about 3 inches our from the ECU plug to wire it in). Anyway, I have now tried another ECU, another stock FPR, I have swapped in new plugs and wires, cap and rotor, and it STILL runs shitty. At WOT it's fine, but it surges like a **** at anything below %60. I threw a jumper cable on it tonight and got a CEL 7 which is new to this car and that brings me to my next question. What the **** is throttle angle (I assume it has something to do with the TPS), and how do I fix it?
Found this shitty *** how to, anyone got a better one? http://www.skunk2.com/skunk2_videos....ch+%2F+Install
Could this be causing the surging, or do you think I have other issues besides this?

Well I took the T-body off last night, and I don't think I had it in the groove. Should I just set it to 5 OHMs and be done or what?
Well, removed the MAP sensor to keep it from being damaged while I messed with it and the O-ring is missing, looks like that could be an issue too, lol.

O-ring installed, was still on stock T-body, lol. TPS sensor re-installed, and test drive taken. Surge gone now, only issue now is it idles kinda high, sits at about 1500 RPM, should I mess with the TPS, or the throttle cable to correct this issue?
