Icon6 Vtec don't engage after accident

FYI, i went through every recent thread about vtec not engaging.
Had a front end collision, wastegate hit my vtec solenoid wire. Engine remains. In case you need to know, i'm running on Autronic SM2 Ecu.

What had i done so far and vtec still don't work:

1. Changed 2 solenoid. Initially, i thought i changed to a faulty one. Tried the method of cleaning solenoid. Solenoid 'clicks' when i tap with wires.

2. Initially, my speedometer is not working. I changed my VSS, now speedometer is working.
[Is there any chance whereby speedometer is working but ecu still does not detect speed?].

3. RPM is working.

4. Sometimes when i'm cruising in high gear and i switch to neutral engine just die off so i changed iacv. Sometimes this problem still exist but is better than before i changed iacv.
[Has this problem got anything to do with my TPS? thus, causing my vtec not engaging].

5. ECU should be sending 12V to the vtec solenoid, with a bulb attach to the solenoid wires. I rev the engine to 5500rpm the bulb lights up. Unless, the bulb do not need 12V to light up.

6. Coolant temp is slightly below half base on the stock cluster that came with the car.

7. I had a oil pressure gauge installed and Oil pressure looks fine. I did top up engine oil too.

Anymore more expert advise to what else can i do? Almost tried all methods indicated inside HT.

did you check and make sure that your ground for the vtec pressure switch didn't break or anything?
