Default Fusebox problem, quick question

The contacts for my number 23 fuse have been kind of pushed back into the fusebox, and the contacts have spread so that when you put the fuse it, nothing grips on it so it fall straight back out again.

Does anyone know of any way to pull these contacts back out again?

Yeah I did try that. I got the fusebox opened up, but there was this white plastic with all copper connectors ALL over it on the rear side that just wouldn't seem to budge
