Question about accessory fuse locations

Default Question about accessory fuse locations
There are like 4-5 spots right above the fuses in our cars for accessories.. Well for some reason 2 of mine are 'blown' or something. Are there fuses to these? What can I do? I wanna use them because I have one taking up a spot for my laser detector and the end one is always on reguardless of ignition.. So I wanna use the other two for other things. TIA.
