Default Help! Almost done my B16A swap in 99 civic

I'm reusing my stock harness (obd2b) and I'm running a P2T Si computer, the problem I'm having is reusing my Y8's injectors on my B16. It seems as though they're not going into the manifold, since they're too wide at the tip by the nozzle and they seem like they're too long as well. I'm not sure if I'm suppose to be using these injectors but it seems every swap guide says I can use any honda injector as long as the harness clips match and you use the correct injectors to whatever OBD computer you run. I'm using an OBD0 manifold, but from what I've read all B16 manifolds should have the same injector mounting points?

Here are some pics, did anyone experience this before?

It looks like there is a grommet already in the manifold. and a grommet on your injector. So either remove the grommet from the injector or from the manifold.

And what ever happend to the b20V el project ?

And if you can, Try really hard to find an obd1 or obd2 intake manifold .

I have a skunk2 setup that would work beatiful .

B20V project is sleeping for the winter, this is just my slow *** daily. I'm shocked I even decided to do a B16 swap, but the price was right so I went for it. As for the manifold, I'm trying to steer away from any mods on this thing, just want it to be 100% stock.

There actually only is one grommet on there, the manifold doesn't have the gromet on, only the injector. I was trying to show how the injector doesn't go in there at all, the gromet is where the injector should be, but the orange piece won't fit through, and into it :S

I noticed the part number for the 99-00 Si is the same as the 96-98 EX. The 99-00 EX has a different part number, could this be the problem?

see if you can find a gromet to fit in the manifold, I know that a friend of mine had to change his gromets on his 91 Si.

gromet fit in perfectly. I think it's the manifold because it's a OBD0 manifold, and OBD2 injectors. I did some reading and turns out that OBD0's used a different type of injector, I'm going to try another manifold tomorrow and hopefully everything fits.
