Im very paranoid about changing my trani fluid. I've just heard so many horror stories about peoples tranis messing up after a fluid change. I have no idea what the proper fluid is for my car. Its 90 ef automatic i think the fluid is different for auto and manual. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great thanks.

 

Honda ATF ...According to AHM the current ATFZ1 covers all automatic models past and present excluding the CVT transmissions.
