Is your tranny a non LSD model??
Sounds like the pin has dropped through the differential and locked against the casing.
Is there a hole in the side of the tranny??
Has there been any strange sounds coming from the tranny area recently??

ya its definetly all in the trans.
its a h22 swapped accord.
I did the swap last summer, i ripped off the trans and the clutch/flywheel/pressure plate were all in good shape. The only thing that looked scummy was the linkage. I had read that if its real easy to move the car from gear to gear with no clutch while the car is off your linkage is most likely slipped or broken. I had adjusted the clutch too when i did the swap. Oh and i neglected to check the throwout bearing.
should i just throw some new cables and dump a bottle of synchromesh down there?

I got my stock f22 trans still in storage ill check it out tomorrow too see if there are any holes in it. (the h22 one)
Can you move the car with it out of gear?? (as in push the car with neutral selected)
If you can I would rule out my theory (which I am hoping is the case for your sake!!)

yeah lol weird indeed... 1st gear in the h22 tranny is about 35mph on 205/50/16 tires, 2nd should shrug 30mph off easily.
Either the diff locked against the case, or you have a bent/broken shift fork. If the latter is the case, you'd be in 2nd and 3rd gear at the same time, locking up the trans. If in neutral, the car rolls with the clutch pushed in but not with the clutch out, you have a shift fork that's holding the trans in gear.
i can push it in neutral....i still havent gone and looked at it just so i dont get all angry lol but this weekend, i plan to install my new stage 3 and before i do that im going to stop at the storage and grab my f22 trans...when i take it out ill inspect the gearbox, the throwout bearing, shift fork etc.... and try driving it in gear...
yea that trans has taken some abuse though, i taught my girl to drive that car and when she first started she would hit 1st at like 50 duhhh on accident of course but it has always held up through that abuse

whoooo well i got down to it last night some more and dropped the trans,
turns out the ball socket on the shift fork was never greased, i never checked it but i guess that motor had probably been sitting a WHILE at tiger, anyways it trashed the fork and throwout bearing....whoulda thunken?
