d15b7 pistons in a d16a6???
the pistons alone, yes i believe so, but not 100% on that. if they are attached to the stock d15 rods, then definitely no. they have a smaller rod journal size than the d16.
no, it's not. all d15/d16's have a 75mm bore. the stroke however is what changed to add the .1 liter. from 84.5mm to 90mm.

cool thanks guys!
i have a d15b7 laying around and my d16a6 is in need of a serious re ring, so from what i have found i belive that with the d15 pistons on the d16 rods in the d16 motor it should be a lil bit higher compresion

assuming the wrist pin size is the same then it should work..
however, according to this site the c/r will be siginificantly higher..

from 9.1:1 to 10.5:1
if that's accurate then i really don't see the stock ecu being able to run it properly.
edit: this other site.. http://www.knology.net/~jediklc/dcalc.htm
shows a change from 9.1 to 9.7, which honestly sounds more realistic. unfortunately there's no way to know which one is accurate, if either is.

the best thing you can do is try it out yourself. i tried using dohc zc pistons in a d15b2 and the zc pistons stuck out. so your best bet is probably no.
