Idle issue 94 b18b1

So ive done a swap. Had no problem did a complete rebuild.

All of a sudden lately at idle the revs go up and down 250-500 rpm.

I replaced the map, and the IACV still does it...

Looking for ideas, and help.

It's probably either a vacuum leak or an issue with the fast idle thermo valve (fitv)

Ive checked for vacuum leaks... whats the best way to do this?

fast idle thermo valve (fitv) <--Where is that located?

So I found a post about the fast idle thermo valve (fitv). Tore it open cleaned it.. put it back in.... same problem...

Any other ideas why I have a weird idle about 250rpm to 500
