I bought a jdm b20b to replace the engine in my crv. I bought a new belt from autozone and it dont fit. I checked the crank pulley from the jdm motor and the pulley diameter for the ps is much bigger. I do not have usdm pulley anymore because it broke when the keyway fell out of the old motor. What other pulley works on this? what are my options? Besides buying a new one from honda. I cant find one used anywhere.

 

You could maybe try a longer belt, or get another pulley with an inside hole that's the same diameter as the one that's on there but with a smaller outside diameter.

 

i understand using another pulley, my question is what will work. A longer belt is not an option cause the bigger pulley diameter puts the belt out too much and it touches the torque mount

its a b series honda motor any bseries crank pulley will fit on it.. weather it is a ls,type r,gsr, b16..

 

but the pulley sizes are different. when i get my new one i will take pics of both and show all.
