Anything you could have ever wanted to know about pretty much any engine seller is right here:

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=50010

Take the time to read that and you won't even need to look back at this thread.

Good luck!

Check this posting i left some time ago. I know a "customer" who is suing JDM1(owners name is Shaan Siddiqui) for non-delivery of a motor. I have also communicated with several others who have suffered similar fates.
Don't buy anything from these guys. They are located in Montreal, Canada area and know that it is extremely expensive to take legal action against them since they are in another country and so far away from most of us.

by the way, he is a member of this forum, username ProFECT

I got my b16 swap from honda motors online. It took 3 weeks for the engine to get here, and they sent the wrong axles, (but they said they'd reimburse for those).

I was actually at jdm1's shop in Canada last fall and boy was it a shadey operation. The engine was in no way what I had expected. It was filthy, and all of the wires were just cut (no connectors). They told me, like the website that I would get the stock axles along with aftermarket ones and when I got there they seemed confused and said they didn't have any axles. It just didn't seem right. Alot of creepy people running around that place. My friends and I left with no engine. With the money I had with me I bought a hotel room and we enjoyed some bars in the city. Now that I can't complain about.

Anyway, just sharing my unpleasant experience and I'm sure some people have gotten decent service. I guess it's like out of site, out of mind. Perhaps if I never went up to the shop I wouldn't feel this way. And on the other hand, if I never went to the shop I might still be bitter about getting a bad deal. Anyway good luck.
