Default overheating prob.

so recently my car has been overheating.i replace thermostat.fan wasnt kicking on so i put it on a switch, still overheats, flushed the rad., pulled the waterpump off and seems to be good, not locked up, not leaking and fins are fine and there is no air pockets in the system.it wont overheat while running until you start driving which doesnt make since bc you would think with more air at a decent speed it would stay cool and fan wouldnt need to run but thats the only time it overheats wrether the fan is on or not. it doesnt seem to be overheating not hissing or steaming but i rele dont think it is temp sensor. o and also once it gets so hot and i try to accelerate it just bogs down and wont do anything until it cools. any ideas would be helpful. thanx

o and by the way it is a boosted car if there is any reasons someone would know whats wrong with it.please anything is helpful at this point.this is my daily and have no other vehicle and need to get it going

also have no heat
