I've tried everything and no luck

 

Make sure the MSD box is set to 4-cyl. Mine had a wire loop that I had to cut for it to work on 4-cyl engine. Also, what kind of coil do you have? mine has the four connectors so if that's the case with yours then make sure you are plugged into the correct connectors since you only need 2.

As well if that isn't the problem how do you have it wired? as in, What colour wires do you have and where are they connected? Kind of hard to troubleshoot DIY ignition systems with no wiring information given. Sorry!
