You can get the manual rack at your local autoparts store for around $200. It's not a simple job though. If your not familar with it, get a haynes or chilton's maual to walk you through the steps. As for the A/C, you should be able to remove all the lines, someone correct me if I'm wrong though.
you dont need to swap racks! power racks are better then non, with or with out power steering hooked up.
all you need to do is loop the lines, possibly put a breather in. theres a diy on here how to do it.
for the ac hoses just follow them to where they go, and un bolt them

X2! No need to swap out the power rack with a manual rack for a P/S Delete. I have been running no P/S on my P/S rack for probably 4 years now, I have the lines looped with -AN fittings and Stainless steel braided hose so the rack is full of fluid.
Car is more enjoyable to drive IMO, you get more feedback from the road and the steering is not as twitchy. Some people complain about driving a Civic with no P/S in a parking lot trying to get into a tight space, but its not a problem and not hard. I'm not a big dude at all and I have no problems pulling in or backing out of tight parking spots, takes you a bit more time to turn the wheel but its not hard. My cousin has drivin my car to and shes pretty small and she didn't whine either. She did whine about my stage 2 clutch though

You could also just remove your P/S belt for a bit and drive around just to get a feel for what it will be like without P/S.
OP, BTW where are you from? I hope your not from the USA because your English skills suck, or are you just trying to type like some gangster?

Do you think you could post up the link for the DIY thread? I've been wanting to get my hands on that for my buddy. That's what he's wanting to do. Thanks in advance
My buddy did that and his reservor that holds the P/S fluid over flowed like crazy. Is that a normal thing? Is it bad? Does it cause any damage? Thanks
I drove around for a while with my P/S belt off back before I took it out to see how I liked it and I never had a problem with the reservoir overflowing or anything else. That's not to say other people haven't had problems when running without a P/S belt, just I didn't in my particular case.
Yeah I don't know the specifics on the breather idea either, I know I have had my lines looped and I don't have any problems.

Also can it be done with the engine still in the car?
When I removed my P/S. I got rid of the Pump, reservoir, and all the rubber and hard lines. There was nothing left but the P/S Rack. You have a two holes on the rack where I assume fluid came out of one, traveled to the pump and return to the rack at the other hole. I used -AN fittings and S.S hose and looped those two holes together.
Actually now that I think even harder about it, there are 3 holes on the rack. The two I just mentioned and a third hole, Maybe this 3rd hole is where people put a breather, I was just instructed to use an automatic tranny flex plate bolt so that's what I did and haven't had any problems. I guess a breather there would help vent any pressure buildup from inside the rack but I would think it would leak? I haven't had any problems with that 3rd hole plugged with a bolt though.
And yes, it can all be removed with the engine in the car. I pulled the front bumper cover off to access the hard line that runs up by the core support, its got a bracket and bolts to the support.

yes all you truely need to do is loop lines. keeping fulid in the rack is the key. the brather thing just keeps air out and it from runing dry.
there are 3 holes, all we have ever done is stick a bolt in the 3rd and loop the 2 lines that go from the pump to rack.
switching the rack is a bitch with the engine in, also heeltoehonda power racks are better then non, so no switch the rack would not be the best way.
ill look for the diy, and post it up when i find it.

dont think the pics work but the info is there also i think it explains the idea of a breather a bit better.
