What engine and ECU are you using?

If you have an H22 and a P13 ECU then you will require the knock sensor. If your using a chipped OBD1 ECU with an H22 you can disable the knock sensor with tuning software.

the oddysey sensor will work with my obd1 ecu? sorry prolly dumb question but just sounds wierd to me.....i thought knock sensors where obd1 or obd2 and you have to get the correct one.....if it will work out of a oddysey and its that cheap then i guess that solves my issue
