new & improved lost motion assembly?
inlinefour.com has spring type lost motion assemblies instead of the old fluid type, if i were to get these on my 1990 jdm b16a head would i need to plug any oil ports or are they a sealed fluid type? heres link:

There is a pretty long, detailed thread on those; you might try searching for it. I used them in the last b16 head I ported and they work great. You can get a pretty good price on them from several of the discount Honda parts dealers.

I believe their description is misleading, AFAIK the old style lma's were not hydraulic

Yeah I am not quite sure why everyone got so caught up on the special grade washers like it was a big deal. Its going into a soft aluminum head.
