help!!!!!!!!

i have an 2000 civic 1.6L sohc im changing the timing belt. i cant get the pulley bolt off. what is the bet way to stop the engine from turning?

That and your in the wrong section this is from 01-05 .. 2000 civic is way diffrent then a 01-05
