Yea because my friend told me I needed to take it to a shop because they would need to use the air gun. But I wanted to buy the belt and do it myself. It I don't want to get stuck halfways!

Lowe's Home Improvement, Home Depot, various auto parts stores. Get the one with the highest lb/ft rating you can. They should have electric impact guns, they aren't as strong but are easier to use than buying an air compressor too. If I were you, I would try to break it loose with two breaker bars, the "honda crank pulley tool" that you can rent at Advance Auto or O'reilly's (O'reilly's is a lot cheaper) and a 19mm impact socket.
Then if that doesn't work, either buy an impact gun, or take it to a shop and ask them nicely if they will just break it loose for you. Tighten it back up with a socket wrench to keep it on while you drive home, and then you should have no problems.
Find a DIY guide somewhere or buy the service manual to your car from an auto parts store, since you seem like you're a bit of a noob at doing large maintenance to the car. Its not a HUGE job, but it will probably take you all day your first time.
Make SURE you have everything lined up when you put the new belt on, if its off, it will either run terribly, not run at all, or worst case scenario you damage your engine.
GOOD LUCK!

I wouldn't drive it home unless you tighten it back up with at least a 1/2" breaker bar. Then at home use the braker bar to loosen it. What happens is that with constant heating/cooling and years of corrosion, the threads of the bolt sort of bond in the end of the crank. once you snap it free with an impact you should then be able to tighten it and loosen it (if you are tough) to factory specs without a problem. Good luck!

Buy that tool, there are more expensive /better ones available(i have both) but with that tool to hold the crank pulley and use a large 1/2'' breaker bar the crank pulley bolt should come right out. I have done about 100 of them and this has worked like a charm every time.. no impact guns required.. the rest is easy. just follow factory specs and torque everything properly.

After you've done a few of them they aren't so hard, but for a beginner, a timing belt/water pump job is kinda like jumping into the deep end of the pool. Good luck with whatever you do!

Dude, no offense, but this post right here makes me think you might be a little bit over your head with a timing belt change. My advice: google search for all the DIY guides you can find, read them, and try to get a friend over who has done one before or at least has some experience working on cars.

I'd definitely recommend this.
You can even pick up a Hanes repair manuel from Autozone and read over on how to do it correctly.

Don't forget a large torque wrench (for the crank bolt and tensioner bolt) and a small torque wrench (for the water pump bolts). Especially any bolts that thread into aluminium should be torqued to spec.
If you plan on doing a lot of work to your car you should invest in good torque wrenches (and a Helm manual with torque values).

I haven't done a CIVIC but have done a few CRVs and the procedures are the same.
I have the pulley tool but found an impact wrench easier. BTW my cheap impact wasn't up to the task but my big one was.
You also need jack stands and a floor jack.
I also recommend a bottle of white nail polish.

White-out works fine too for marking the belt, but if you put the motor at TDC you can put the belt on without worrying about lining up your marks
You can buy the crank pulley tool and use two breaker bars, or take the easy route and have a mechanic zip the bolt off, tighten it slightly to get you home, then take it off yourself.
