Default Wont Fire?

88 HF With B16A2 Converted To OBD1 Using A Chipped P28 ECU With Base-Map, Fuel Pump Kicking On, Injectors Prime, The ECU Is Good, I Changed The Main Relay With 3 Other Ones, It Threw A Code 8 "TDC" So I Had Another LS Dizzy Laying Around So Replaced The TDC Sensor In The Dizzy, And My Codes Went Away And I Had Spark, But Still Wouldnt Fire, So I Bought A Brand New Dizzy And It Has Spark No Codes And Wont Fire, It Will Just Keep Turning Over And Sometimes Chugg! Like It Wants To Start. Now Heres The Thing Yesterday I Was Cranking It Up And It Stopped Turning Over So I Took The Spark Plugs Out And Turned It Over And Fuel Shot Up Out Of Cylinder #3, So This Is Beyond My Knowledge, I Dont Know Whats Wrong Also The Previous Owner Did A Wire Tuck If That Helps. Any Info Will Be Great I Dont Know What Is Wrong With It

Spark, Fuel, and Compression. You know have the first two. Check to see if you have compression. If this was a previously running motor, chances are good compression won't be a problem but I'd check to be sure. If compression is good, I'd check on timing with respect to ignition and I'd double check to make sure the cams are aligned appropriately with the crank.
