Default NEED HELP with a slave cylinder problem possibly???? H22 swap and the slave wont fit

car is a 94 prelude, with an H22A swap. the tranny it came with dropped a few teeth inside, which was not so good so i swaped in an M2L5 (92-96 Prelude S) trans i just rebuilt (cost 100 bucks). The trans that blew was an accord transmission and im not sure of the year or model it came from.

my problem is this; after i installed the transmission, (went in smooth) and bolted it and the motor mounts down, it was really hard to make the slave cylinder fit and the angle of the slave cylinder piston is off. do i need a different slave?

the release fork has very little back and forth play without the slave installed. could the release bearing or release fork have got tweaked when i installed it?

i also used the release fork from the donor tranny
