I jus changed my flywheel clutch (Stage 4) and pres plate 1900 lbs. Whenever I floor the car and it reaches full boost in 1st or 2nd the car jus revs up quick all way to redline.
Somethn is slipping but Im not sure what. I checked the pedal height of clutch pedal as well as the free play by measuring w a ruler. Both seem to be in specs. However when i push my foot down and the clutch pedal it seems like by the way it feels just going by feel that there is very little freeplay.
This is not a stock clutch so should freeplay not be the same as stock freeplay?
Could out of adjustment freeplay be causing clutch to slip ?
Please HELP !!!!

 

from what i know anytime you have a clutch thant is pucked it will not feel the same as a full faced one. with that agressive of a set up and turbo you are just most likely spinning the wheels not slipping the clutch.

 

Yep, either you bought a cheap ebay clutch that is complete **** and can't hold the power or your spinning the wheels and can't tell the difference.
