Default B16/wiring problems & ?'s.

Well I have a problem. its a pretty long story and i'm sure you guys dont want to hear it all.

SPECS:

b16a2 converted obd1
everything on it is stock.

car:

88 dx CRX
obd0(dpfi)-mpfi-obd1 etc.

The problem lays within my wiring.
the idiot that did my wiring (dont ask) decided to cut my oem harness and solder in obd1 plugs.

it was working fine with my z6.
now since the b16 has all this other stuff on it (obd2 motor)

now:
what do i need to make sure needs to be plugged in?
i.e: what do i need to add to my harness that the b16 needs inorder for it to run correctly?

THE PROBLEM:

i turn it on and it sits at idle fine
when i give it a bit of gas the RPM fluctuate. this is what's pissing me off.
I just received my P28 from Phearable.net it has the b16 base map.

people on here told me to check my cylinder position sensor( i think)
but i want to know what your guy's opinions are about my situation.

there are 2 wires that seem to come from the oil pan( alternator pulley side) that aren't connected. and i have no clue were to connect them too.

Well thanx in advanced and for information given to me

if it's an OBD2 engine, it has some things different from an OBD1 b16; first thing that comes to mind, u have to use an OBD1 distributor;

i know
if i didn't make it clear in my first post I already started it but when i give it a bit of gas it has a bouncy rpm.

my main concern are the 2 wires coming from what seem to be the oil pan. its one brown solid color and the other is white and has a pink stripe.
