ASR subframe and sway bar question

Default ASR subframe and sway bar question

I installed the asr rear subrame brace on my ek and trying to install the itr rear sway bar. My question is i have the megan rear lower control arms will i have a problem with lining up the bar with the holes on the control arm for the sway bar link?

Only you can tell without pictures, although if the lca has more than one endlink mounting hole you'll be ok. If it only has one mounting position you will most likely have to get si styled enlinks or heim joint styled ones.

This is not correct.

SI style endlinks ('balljoints') do not fit an ITR/EG style swaybar: the endlink mounting of those sways is not flat shaped like an SI or EK9 swaybar but 'tunnel' like.

You can only use ASR/Blox style endlinks ('spherical endlinks') which have longer bolts that together with OEM or ASR (metal) swaybar link bushings will fit the ITR/EG style swaybar.

Lining up of the swaybar will not be a problem.

Si endlinks will fit integra swaybars, I have gsr rear sway with si endlinks for sale that I used ony my car.

These metal bushings you always need to use (or OEM ones).

This could clearly do with a longer bolt.
