Hi Ihave a 98 Odyssey 2.3Lwith 223k miles, on cold start up the engine misfires a lil bit for a few seconds then goes away, doesn't affect driveability, sometimes it will trigger the check engine light and P0302, and P01399 are the only codes, I've already replced all the plugs wires and cap-it was an everyday problem, now it's intermitent. Any thoughts be much appreciated

 

Ok, I found oil inside the distributor cap, the oil would build up at the bottom affecting spark getting to cylinder#2. I replaced the distributor assembly, everything was fine for a couple of weeks and I'm now back to the same problem, momentarally misfiring on cold start up. I might try adjusting the distributor a lil bit??

 

I JUST had a bout with this on an Accord today. I would like to know what the fuel pressure is and what state you live in.
It's probably low fuel pressure though.
