Lambda Sensors...
Had the engine check light come on,
Code 41: Primary Oxygen Sensor A, Heater circuit Malfunction
My Del Sol is a JDM EG2 SiR with a B16a Engine,
Is there a difference in Lambda sensors from say, My ODB1 B16a Delsol and a 96-2000 ODB2 B16a2?
I tried putting a 02 Sensor from a EK VTi B16a2, plugged in and everything fine but light hasnt gone out, and the car runs really rich and smokes when it hits VTEC.
Thanks
Jamie

Ive tried resetting my ECU so many times, still no difference, im going to send it to Honda for diagnostics, and ive got a new ecu coming in the post just to see if it makes a difference,
I just didnt know if theres a difference in Lambda sensors or if the part numbers the same.

is it a 4 wire ? . there is a resistor in the sensor thats used to help it get up to operating temp faster they can burn out after time take a ohm meter and measure on the 2 wire's that are the same colour (usally) if no resitance it's no good . check car end for 12 volts . make sure the colours are the same oriatation on the other sensor. heater circuit is just 4 warm up it should not make it run rich good luck
