Default ITR pistons GSR block?

i was searching the net just looking for some parts to buy for my new b18c1 and i have been coming across ITR pistons and itr pistons/gsr rod combos and i know a couple people said they has that itr/gsr setup my questions is, is it really worth the buck? i mean i am not going for a moneter build just a low 13 second car

Yes its worth doing. Raising compression levels is a needed thing to do when bulidng power for a naturally aspirted engine. Raising compression ratio also helps out when using big lift/duration camshafts.

depends on how much it runs you! raising compression is definately one of the best ways to go (if you aren't going FI). You could even run higher like CTR pistons...

like I said, if you can do it then by all means go ahead with more compression. how far you go will depend on a a lot of things, including what you are doing with your valves.

Throw in at least ITR pistons. If you want to chip it then IM "kenji" on this board.
