94 Accord gas pedal very hard
sounds like either the throttle cable is getting stuck or the butterfly is getting stuck. trace the throttle cable from the throttle body back to the pedal. its the cable that attaches closer to the throttle body. the other one is for the cruise control. make sure the cable is not bent or bound up anywhere. if the cable looks good then take your intake off so you can look in the throttle body and see if there is a lot of build up inside. you can move the butterfly to the open position just by pushing it open. if it is dirty spray some carb cleaner inside and take an old tooth brush to it. let it dry before starting the car up.
if not maybe something in the throttle body is broken/bent? i'm not sure about that. i'm sure someone else would have a better idea if it could be something along those lines and if so how to check and or fix it

It might not be the same, but on a civic, just after where the throttle cable connects to the tb, there is a rubber boot where the cable goes into the plastic casing. That can get full of gunk and cause that to happen. Spray a bunch of WD-40 up there to clean it out, then once it's clean spray some silicone lube, that might help.
