I try to start the car and it just cranks non stop. its getting spark and fuel... but the crap wont turn on.... it wont fire. before i dropped head off at machine shop i lapped the valves. put it on and it wouldnt turn on. check compression and it came back 90-60-90-120. this is the first time im using this compression kit and i dont know if its the right measurement. well anyway got head back from machine shop (fresh valve job, seals and resurface) and threw it back on and another compression test. 60-30-60-60. the head is perfect. got its pressure tested and all. wat the ****.. new rings and all.
any input will help.
tried another dizzy and same crap. rings have less then 2 miles on them so i know they not sealing at all yet.
HEY guyz i really need help. please look at my other post....

I don'nt think bad grounds will cause low compression. OP you need to find out why you're loosing compression. Cam timing is good? What about a leak down test?
