The weather has started getting kinda crazy where I live and has been raining a lot for the past 3 days. i went to open my trunk today and found a huge puddle of water in my trunk?!? on top of this, my friend sat in my backseat only to jump right back up with his a$$ soakin wet because of my damp rear seats...

Ive only had the car for about 2 weeks so I don't even know where to start looking for leaks, has ANYONE else had this problem???

 

Most common fix, and it is easy....go to the Honda dealer and buy new tail light seals!

 

my friend had/has this problem and it actually turned out to be some holes in the bottom of the car caused by a wreck that the previous owner was in. has your car been in any wrecks?

other than that, i'd check all seals (window seals, trunk seal, tail light seal like said above, etc etc)

 

ya ive got an em1 and it had the same problems. it had nothing to do with the tail light seals.... if you open yer trunk and look below your tail lights youll see an open hole. not sure wat its for but i had my buddy spray my car with a hose and water was pouring in from those. went to a honda dealer and got some body plugs. i think like 5 bucks each also take off the small body panel under the tail lights. (outside of car) and check for cracks, rust, weld spots. (accidents) and patch them up. i had my car for a day before a storm hit and realized my car leaked a lot. haha good luck fixing shouldn't be too hard
