When I turn my head lights on the driver's side headlight is very dim and when I try to use that side's blinker it blinks really fast like a bulb is out. All the bulbs are good, I am also getting a good ground to the head light. When the lights are not on or just the parking lights are on everything works fine. Also the driver's side blinker light is illuminated dim when I turn the lights on.

The harness has city light connectors, but I don't have the housings with city lights. Maybe I need to do something with that harness.
you might need to delete the city lights, im not too sure with that set up. For our setup i just tapped into the corner lights + cable and into the headlights - cable as a ground. Im pretty intermediate with electronics, if you post pictures of anything you may suspect, like connections and such that would help. also sometimes when the bulp flickers alot that means the relay is going old, from what i remember from a course i took... maybe thats what it is

this is exactly what happened to me, ill try and fix it and see whats up, then ill let you know :D
When a one circuit has an effect on another circuit it is almost always a grounding issue.
How did you test the head light ground?
You can double check the ground, using a jumper lead, stuff one end into head light ground at the head light plug, ground the other end to batt. neg.(-) or any good chassis ground point.
If there is no difference, ground is not your problem. 94

The park light circuit is independent of the signal light circuit, the only thing common between the two is the ground.
