i was lo0king through kragen today and saw one of those "spectre" fuel filter replacements...its a clear thing so i can see when to chagne the cartridge...can i use this or do i have to replace that whole black soda can!!!!!

how about specs? if it doesn't flow and filter better and it costs more I don't think I'd get it because how many times are you seriously going to start your motor, pop your hood, to look at the clear filter/fuel inside the filter... if its the same price and filters and flows better then maybe I'd consider it..

 

You would just have to remove the old one and "splice" the new one in. Just a matter of getting the right hoses and/or adaptors...measure twice, cut once.
