Clutch master/slave line sizing

Clutch master/slave line sizing
Can anyone chime in with the sizing of the clutch lines for the manual tranny at the master and slave cylinder? Also of the actual whole line itself?
In metric and SAE please, the current way I have my line ran is giving me problems so I need to go back and get a rubber line made and forgot the sizing of it.
I want to say it's 10mm on the master and 8mm on the slave but need to make sure before I go to the hose shop.
