Reuse headgasket just tq it down never ran it
I have a oem honda head gasket. i never ran the engine during my build i changed cams from stock to bisi 1.2 turbo cam. I had good p2v clearance about .090 with stock cam. It will just kill me to think of running the engine without checking p2v. So can i use a head gasket if all i did was tq it down.
you will NOT have p2v issues with that cam, it is very mild.
you will be fine.
but, to answer your question, if you can afford a new HG, buy one.
if you are broke, re-use it, it will still work better than a crappy Chinese MLS gasket.

i just reused one with running it
found out it was backwards wtf
but i tq'd it down a tad higher like 75-80 pounds(done it before never had any problems)

I've done it before but you're not supposed to. If that build is worth more then 35 dollars then I would just buy one so it doesn't cause problems down the road.
I have no problem buying a new head gasket. I received a email from bisimoto i was told that if i have .090 clearance with stock cam i will have good clearance with his so i am just going to degree it in and go.
In your case, you should have no problems, considering you didn't run it. Also Felpro, although cheap, is complete crap.

I had to take the head off after torquing it as well but because I live far away from anything, I just reused the HG that was torqued. No problem so far... I've got just under 10,000km on it.
It should just be fine.

I'm assuming this is a SOHC? Composite or MLS gasket?
If you're tight on funds and using a MLS gasket, in your situation being the headgasket was never heat cycled you should be fine.
If you do go this route, use some copper spray for reassurance.

X2 on the copper spray, you can pretty well get 2 uses out of a headgasket, first time oem, second time copper spray it, third time, change it.

You should be able to re-use it with good luck if it has not been heat cycled. I wouldn't do this on anything but a stock build however. Is it really worth it to risk damage to an engine you have put a lot of money into already? And to those who say Fel-Pro is crap: Although some of their stuff isn't perfect, most of it is good quality. I have found that most of the time problems with gasket are caused by installer error. If you make sure the sealing surfaces are clean and flat and the gasket is properly prepped you will be OK. Paper gaskets for cooling systems should never get slathered with RTV but I see this all the time and they often spring leaks.
It should be ok to reuse it, but why risk it. I always use a new one and nothing but Honda gaskets. When I check p2v, I always clean the old gasket really good and use it.
I would say you can because if aftermarket head stud have to be loosen and retorque after being heat cycle, this is the same concept as taking out the gasket and putting it back in
