oil in spark plugs!
i found oil in two of my spark plugs i know i need new o rings and a valve cover gasketto fix it ( considering i couldnt just get the o rings plus its saver to replace the valve cover gasket). i got my valve cover off and put paper towels in the spark plugs but it aint goin in all the way in cuz of the spark plug... now the question is should i work around the spark plug to avoid oil leakin in or is it save to remove the spark plugs even tho their is oil in it?? or is their a simpler way to get the oil out??
my friend's accord (97 i think) have the samething..when you remove the spark plug wire, u can see oil on the wire's tip..3 out of 4 cylinder have it..very little but u can tell it's there..changed new vc gaskets set, which include spark plug O ring for each cylinder..but oil still there..
what could it be?
what could it be?

yea u got oil around the ur spark plugs....change ur valve cover gasket , pull ur spark plugs out clean them.... its okay if oil falls in ur cylinders because u know what lubricates your piston rings against your cylinder walls????.... if u guessed oil your right...dont stress over getting every drop of oil out
