Can someone please tell me what all would i need to throw on a vtec head, to my sohc 97 hatch? I mean i don't exactly have the cash to handover for a swap..so i'm thinkin just through a vtec head on it and call it a day....would this be a good idea just for ***** and giggles?

 

Ok ok i know that this is something most of HT people wouldn't do. But this for my lack of money and i'm down to have vtec now....so somebody please help...and yea i'm a newbie...just ask GONG SHOW...he'll tell u

 

You can put a d16y8 head on your sohc and it would have vtec. if u use the seach button u can get more info type in mini me there is also a member on this board that knows alot about the dseries motors.
