new tires
Trending Topics
so many posts about tires, I don't mean to be an ***, but I think this is the most redundant topic on this board...
everybody loves the azenis, the only problem with azenis for me is that they will only last you about 10-15k a year in mileage.
I chose the kumho 712s because I thought they were the value at the time. A lot of people says they have no grip, but I disagree..maybe it's because these are my first set of replacements for the stock, horrible michelins.
You might also want to check out some new tires that just came out such as the Yokohama parada spec 2s and the yokohama es100s. They are both similar in price to the kumhos.

ok if the nitto 450 sux and the kumho 712 sux then what is a good (good grip, good wet traction, and long lasting) tire for a relatively low price......say approximatly 60-80 bux a tire?
hmm you said long lasting so that takes out a lot of tires I was going to list (Dunlop SP9000, Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position, Falken Azenis, etc)...
how about the Bridgestone Potenza RE730s... those provide pretty good grip/traction and have a pretty decent (around 300) treadwear/life...its a pretty good tire and doesn't cost too much.. you might also want to look into the Yokohama parada Spec II or ES100 (or whatever its called)...

Azenis
(Great grip, good wet traction{except standing water}, LOW price)
can anyone give me some input or info on the yoko parada spec 2 or the es100? did you like them are the good for daily driving?? are they alot better then the stock michelins?
I think almost anything is better than the stock michelins.. simply put they suck..
as for input on the Yokohama parada Spec II's or ES100's.. tirerack has some consumer/customer ratings..and I thin there were threads on the ES100's about last week...
