I'm having this really weird problem...I just installed a 68mill Professional Products Throttle Body and when i start my Integra when cold, it idles completely normal at about 1600-1800rpms. As soon as I begin to drive and step on the accelerator, the throttle gets stuck and begins holding a 2000rpm rev. I have adjusted the cable so it is definitely not that, the coolant has been burped of air bubbles and the throttle body was cleaned and then re cleaned and greased and still nothing.

It ONLY does this when cold and the motor reaches operating temp everything is fine. I also seem to be getting a slight fluctuation of about 50rpms when the motor is hot. The revvs go up 50 and then back down slowly over and over. Any help is appreciated.
