Brake Disc Screw Stuck -- 94 Civic coupe
Hi everyone,
I'm working on my 94 civic and can't get the front discs off. The two screws that hold the disc in place are seized and won't come off. I have tried WD-40, an impact wrench (not the power tool) and even a blow torch to heat the screw.
I'm willing to buy a tool if it will get the job done. The discs need to be replaced, they have grooves.

Find a drill bit the size of the head and drill until you meet the rotor. Once the rotor is off, you'll be able to easily get pliers on the remnants of the screw stud and back it out.
it worked, thanks.
I'm driving around with my new disc. I did drill too far and couldn't get the screw out, but the disc went right over it. The bolts should keep everything on right?

you really don't need the screws, they just keep the rotors in place when you take the wheels off.
an easy way to take off the screws were to get a screwdriver with a nice point, and hammer the screw off
