Default installing skunk2 valve train

so i bought a skunk2 valves, valves spring, i bought tuner series, but they screw up and end up gave me pro series, so i'm very happy.

now, here few things i trying to decide what to do, those are standard compresson, and standard valves. for b16a, i waiting on the comectic gasket and also hondata im gasket. i already have arp head stud. i was plan on match port to the gasket. I/E but the performance shop told me i may have to seat the valves, but i asked a lot of ppl and include engine builder saying i don't have to. becuz since is standard valves, and also i didn't have any problem with the valve train, i don't have the money to do head work, just my friend gonna help me port match for free.
i don't want to get into it, if i end up have to go to machine shop, if the valve have to be seat. what u guys think?

what else i need to do on valve train.
new skunk2 valves, new gasket, new spring, new retainer. new valve seals, anything else i need to replace?

Find a new engine builder if he's telling you you don't need to seat your new valves, especially to worn down valve seats. Replace your camshaft seals and cam plug seal on the exhaust cam above the vtec solenoid, new valve cover set as well.
