ok so i jus put a motor in my 1996 integra ls an i went to crank it over and it cranks but is really really slow. So i changed out the battery thinking it was dead and still turns over really slow.
Any one have any suggestions??

starter dying?

 

could be the starter, could be a crappy ground, could be your ignition system.....ect

 

starter. try hitting it with a hammer a few times :D (i'm being serious)

 

jus put a brand new $150 starter on it and it still does it

 

... what does the price have to do with it?

ok, maybe if you put a $300 starter it'll go faster? jk man.

uhm... maybe your ignition system is not grounded good?
