1995 Integra LS. Swapped a freshly rebuilt B18C1 into it and now it wont start. When i go to start it, the starter solenoid just clicks. All the grounds are good as well as the battery terminals. I even tried running 12 volts to the starter right from the battery. It just clicks. Anyone have any other ideas or do i need a new starter?

 

tap it kinda hard with a hammer and see if you can get it to start if so yes get a new starter or rebuild the one u got
