Default Clutch won't disengage

My clutch won't disengage when I push the clutch pedal, I've bled the clutch and replaced the slave cylinder still won't work. It's a '94 GS-R. It will shift once you get moving but you have to rev match.

P.S. If anyone lives on or around Camp Pendleton that wants to come out and help that would be cool

I did when I replaced the clutch. Should I tear it down and inspect it? If it's not that what else should I be looking for?

Bent/damaged diaphragm springs on the pressure plate maybe, could have damaged them while sliding the transmission on. TOB won't be applying pressure to them evenly causing the clutch to drag/not disengage fully.

Warped clutch disc or pressure plate, did you use the X-pattern when tightening the bolts and only tighten them a little at a time?

Clutch installed backwards...I've seen people do this lol.

How's it at idle in neutral, any vibrations?
Could also just be a plain out bad clutch kit to begin with, especially if you went with a cheap-o.

Too much free-play can also cause it not to disengage fully, how's the pedal feel after you bled it?

The pedal still didn't feel right, the lines are still good. I did the whole X pattern sequence. I just need to bring it to the shop and look at it. It idles fine and theres no rattling noise.

what brand of clutch is it...not knocking smaller companies but awhile back i bought a certain brand clutch for a daily driver and the disc was actualy larger then the inside of the pressure plate. not all companies put tons of effort in to quality control...you may have gotten a bad clutch...the company sent me a new one and jeeze it wasone of the best clutches ive bought...took tons of boost abuse
