Default Engine Idle Problem

Well as of yesterday's temperature was around in the 70 degrees, I noticed that my engine still idles the same as before. Having an erratic idle, last week I cleaned out the IACV and I have also adjusted the FITV too. Somehow, it seemed to me that my car was idling a little bit better but then again came the choking idle moment for a second. I'm stumped. My car has a new thermostat, new gaskets everywhere, and plus, the valves have been adjusted to spec. I mean what should I do next? I even followed on "How to fix your idleing woes! FITV IACV" faq.

Also, since it was warmer yesterday, my engine idle dropped to around 400 rpm while when it was colder, the engine idle is around at 800 rpm. Despite my observation, I was in the car and pumping the brake pedal for the heck of it, I came to find out that every time I was pumping the brake, the RPM drops low. Can you please tell me why?

Distributor.. mine did similar things when it was going. Check your cap (inside) and see if any soot in there.

The brake booster works off engine vacuum and can affect idle speed.

Have you tried replacing the PCV valve and making sure the breather and PCV hoses are not clogged. If so, try adjusting the idle speed with the idle adjust screw on the TB.

Well, I checked the distributor today and the rotor looks kind of ugly. Meaning that the tip of it has like somewhat rust on it. But I'm thinking about changing it though. As for the PCV valve, I have a new one installed about 3 months ago but i'll double check the hoses just in case it's clogged.
