Default Blox 76mm Throttle Body Sticking Open

I have a Blox 76mm throttle body on my turbo Civic and I am having a problem with it sticking open. It only happens at low speeds and always stick around 3000 rpm. If I tap the gas pedal really fast it stops, but then starts again as I start to drive normal again. It seems to get worse the longer i drive it, as in over 30 min or so. The throttle body was professionally port matched to the manifold, so there is no issue there. It still sticks even with no throttle cable on it, so it cant be the cable. I sent this back to Blox twice and they keep saying they cant find a problem with it. Im at a loss, I dont know what to do with it. Do i just chuck it up as a shitty product and but a new one like a Skunk2 or an Edelbock? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
