Unless you have done major modifications to your engine, the stock plugs should plenty good.

What would you consider major work, to the motor? Like for a NA setup what spark plugs would you go with?

I consider major work (modifications) to be turbo or supercharged set-up or NA high compression (12.5 and up). With these you should consider a higher temperature range spark plug.
As an exemple my "mild" set-up is 11.4:1 CR with Toda B and I am running stock plugs with no problem.

jpp is right on point , alot of people buy into the hype with spark plugs and get these 204 a piece plugs for nothing. I have good ol 1.39$ ngk coppers in my car , , , i spray , but they do more than the trick for all motor too .

I beleive the main difference between copper and platinum is $$ and longevity. Platinum= more expensive but last longer.

i dont use the plats becuase no good for spray . so i went to coppers.
bosh plat 4s suck imo, and denso irids are too over priced.
the stocks at $15 a piece from honda can suck it too .

Instead of BKR6E-11 better to use BRISK DOR15LGS, but if you need hotter then
DOR17LGS.

Look the BRISK Identification system
