So I got this car from someone who said they were taking off from a stop sign and the car died and had it towed back. Said if you feed fuel threw the intake it would run. So I thought fuel pump, NOT! What I know
Its getting fuel
Its getting spark
Motor does turn over
No check engine light
It kinda seems as if the motor isnt turning over very fast so Im going to check the starter. Any other ideas? things to check?

Could be the ignition harness from the column down to the fuse box. Mine fried once and left me stranded (didn't know it was the harness at the time). Ordered a new one for $60 overnight shipped and I was on my way.
Car would start but stop immediately. Things like wipers and windows (in key ON position) would not work, but things like radio in ACC position would work. I actually had to hold the key on Start to crank the car over in order to get my sunroof closed.

Well I cant get it to start at all. Everything else works so I dont think it would be the harness, but I will check it out. It has fuel and spark but wont start. Am I missing something? No cel lights, but wouldnt the car have to run to throw a CEL? I need to get another battery because I had it hooked up with jumper cables. But would that make a big differance?

It could still be the distributor...I had the exact same problem...got fuel, spark, compression..still wouldn't start. Sparks didn't seem to be in rhythm when I was watching during the cranking process. Luckily my friend let me use his distributor to do a test.
your story doesnt even make sense. someone says its not getting fuel but you say you are. how do you know? do you hear the fuel pump run everytime you turn the key to the on position?

I am having the same prob its insane! My car started for like 10 mins than just turned off like as if i turned the key. I smell gas, i checked the fuel filter, gas spills when i unscrew it, and i checked dizzy there is spark as well and IDK WTF is wrong with it i know how you feel. But i'm thinking its not getting enough pressure to the injectors....
is the check engine light on when the key is in the ON Position?? if it stays on while cranking the motor change the ECU fuse if not try changing the ecu period it could be fried or your main relay could have gone bad , or try a friends dizzy those items i listed are the easiest thing to trouble shoot and borrow from a friend if those arent it then the only other thing i could say is start doing a compression test then check the oil pump injectors etc.....
