Removing factory sound mats
I had some flooding going on in my sedan with all this damn rain. The rear window seals arent really sealing! Anyways i need to get some window weld and take care of that.
But i took up all the carpet, which i've done a couple times before, but i wanted to take out the mats on the floor board and fiberglass the holes down there. My sedan is dropped so the water im kicking up was actually coming thru the holes!
So long story short, i've tried to take this **** up but its too sticky and i dont know where to start.

Yes dry ice is VERY cold, it freezes the black sound deadening and you are able to chip the majority off with a screw driver.
Be careful handling it as it WILL burn your skin if you hold it in your hand to long.

Let me explain what im trying to do exactly. I was going to buy a shell and restore it in my garage over a long period of time. My gf doesnt like that idea so im deciding to "restore" my sedan.
Here it is now...

I know its not too shabby, but i want to strip off EVERYTHING, inside and out. and completely paint it, bay and all. i've taken this **** apart i could probably do the stripping, motor and all, in one day. then on the following day i can paint it.
use dry ice for the win...after your done with the ice chips, throw some in a glass or plastic bottle and 1/4 water, tighten it back up,shake it up and throw it in the sky...best dry ice bomb ever
