So I gave my motor/turbo setup to my brother. He decided to race someone on the highway last night. He called me last night asking how bad would a motor get hurt if he goes from 3rd to 2nd gear at 9k rpms on full boost. I laughed told him to start looking for a new motor setup and hung up the phone. Went over his house and toke the head off and saw the carnage.

I second Miller's comment, my old old motor looked like that and all that debris destroyed my turbine wheel as well as everything else.
