Default what turbo to get for my setup

okay so i am looking to get the best turbo for my ls vtec setup. so i need suggestions. its gonna be a daily driving car but i also want it fast for the track too. looking to get 400 or more hp. looking to get probably 1000cc injectors and tune on e85. planning on running 3'' dp and exhaust system.
so lmk what turbo i should go with? i was thinking of the GT35 turbo or the 60-1 but idk yet i wanna hear from you guys first. lmk thanks and i am still debating on the rods. which is better I-Beams or H-Beams and whats the difference?

I beams are better. Its just the design. If you only want 400whp or a little more, the H's are fine. I beams get expensive.

My vote is for the same turbo that i have, a billet wheel 5857 .63 T3. It will flow just as much power as an off the shelf 35r but spool up probably 6-800 rpms quicker. On my 8.5:1 H mines around 4k (15psi). They underrate the turbos quite a bit. So if u get to looking on sites and dont think it will flow enough power, it will. Most places rate the billet 6262 at 700hp. Its alrdy produced well over 800whp.

You're setup is very similar to mine...do what i did and get the S256. It spools up rather quickly and makes great power (check sig) and it is good for over 500whp if pushed. Its a perfect street/strip turbo and it sounds awesome. Check these out...video has decent sound, but the downloadable sound clips are money

can you post up your setup??? how about the T3 Twin Scoll turbo .60ar comp .82ar turbine??

A gt3076 turbo would be a good choice of turbo for your setup..
