Re: what turbo to get for my setup
I beams are better. Its just the design. If you only want 400whp or a little more, the H's are fine. I beams get expensive.
My vote is for the same turbo that i have, a billet wheel 5857 .63 T3. It will flow just as much power as an off the shelf 35r but spool up probably 6-800 rpms quicker. On my 8.5:1 H mines around 4k (15psi). They underrate the turbos quite a bit. So if u get to looking on sites and dont think it will flow enough power, it will. Most places rate the billet 6262 at 700hp. Its alrdy produced well over 800whp.

Re: what turbo to get for my setup
You're setup is very similar to mine...do what i did and get the S256. It spools up rather quickly and makes great power (check sig) and it is good for over 500whp if pushed. Its a perfect street/strip turbo and it sounds awesome. Check these out...video has decent sound, but the downloadable sound clips are money
